Roles & Responsibilities:

• To manage, interpret, technically analyze and integrate parameters associated with Artificially Lifted wells (office based role)

• Work closely with wells, production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate Well Production surveillance and artificial lift data.

• To write reports on investigations/findings in accordance with the scope and send for review.

• Compliance check on reports in accordance with the scope and approve.

• Database management using SharePoint other Document Control Databases.

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Strong knowledge on any two artificial lift methods: Sucker rod pumping, Electrical Submersible Pumps, Gas Lift, Plunger lift, Screw Pump

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a recognized university in Petroleum engineering.

• 3-9 years of oil and gas experience in related industry (Upstream/ Uncon/ Artificial Lift/oil & gas production).

• Work closely with production & reservoir engineering teams to monitor and validate Well Production Performance/ surveillance data.

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to upstream oil and gas production industry & wellsite operations/ Artificial Lift techniques and Upstream Facilities Engineering activities..

• Ability to lead team of 4-6 engineers independently.

• Experience in variety of artificial lift solutions is a plus

• Good written and communication skills.
