Roles & Responsibilities:

• Senior Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience in windows application development

• Expertise in Architecture, Design, System Analysis, Onsite/ Offshore Team Leading Skills

• Responsible for leading the communications with customer

• Should take the technical ownership of the projects

• Should be ready to extend the responsibility in Hiring Process, Team Building, Careers & Training Development, Knowledge Management, Team Mentoring

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Strong Technical knowledge in Win32, MFC, C++, C#, WPF, Design Patterns, Device Driver development and debugging skills.

• Knowledge in end-to-end development of software products from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation.

• Flexibility in taking up new technologies and producing quality deliverables.

• Solid understanding of Object Oriented design and concept

• Should have a knowledge of Distributed Applications in Windows,

• Knowledge of Multi-threading / real-time / high performance applications.

• Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices.

• Should be responsible for the architecture/design/code review of the products,

• Responsible for supporting new proposals in the team.

• Must be a dynamic, autonomous, and team-oriented individual.

Desired Skills:

• Good understanding of software stack from BIOS/FW through OS driver

• Knowledge of DevOps pipeline and production environment.
