Roles & Responsibilities:

Senior Engineer with minimum 10 years of experience in windows application development
Expertise in Architecture, Design, System Analysis, Onsite/ Offshore Team Leading Skills
Responsible for leading the communications with customer
Should take the technical ownership of the projects
Should be ready to extend the responsibility in Hiring Process, Team Building, Careers & Training Development, Knowledge Management, Team Mentoring

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Strong Technical knowledge in Win32, MFC, C++, C#, WPF, Design Patterns, Device Driver development and debugging skills.
Knowledge in end-to-end development of software products from requirement analysis to system study, designing, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and implementation.
Flexibility in taking up new technologies and producing quality deliverables.
Solid understanding of Object Oriented design and concept
Should have a knowledge of Distributed Applications in Windows,
Knowledge of Multi-threading / real-time / high performance applications.
Ability to write effective and reusable code according to best practices.
Should be responsible for the architecture/design/code review of the products,
Responsible for supporting new proposals in the team.
Must be a dynamic, autonomous, and team-oriented individual.
