We are hiring Customer Service Associate

Vertical Logistics (US-based blended calling process)

Location Mahape, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Minimum Experience: 1 yr or plus

Candidate Requirement:

• Previous International customer service experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good listening skills
• Must be able to understand issues, help create solutions
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and weekly offs
• Flexibility to travel on his or own during day shifts
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling overall operations of Logistics from source to delivery.

• Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.

• Research information and troubleshoot problems using available resources.

• Getting deep into issues & providing efficient solution with help of the internal Team.

• Monitoring loads on the application system

• Email communications and follow-ups

Candidates from line of Vashi, Panvel, Thane Dombivali preferred along with candidates ready to travel by own vehicle other than mentioned locations above.

Candidate who can join immediately or 15 days preferred who can work for rotational shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
