Role: Account Management Executive

Responsibilities:

• Ability to translate client briefs into specific actionable items for different departments.
• Handling client engagements at the junior level with the client team.
• Articulate brand requirements and communicate the same to the various teams involved internally.
• Handle the operational job requirements.
• Should be able to minute meetings clearly.
• Follow up with internal teams for job delivery as per timelines committed to the client.
• Should wear the brand custodian hat from time to time for allotted clients and be able to disseminate information internally.
• Good understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to drive acquisition and revenue.
• Constantly look for ways to deliver innovative solutions and ideas for the client’s requirements.
• Keep a track on competition activities.
• Ensure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing and collection happens on time.
• Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networker & relationship builder.
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and delivering work that is of a high standard.
