Job Description:
Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Setting individual sales targets and achieving it.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results, as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Promoting the organization and its products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Development and implementation of communication strategy (Packaging, Media, Consumer promotion, Premiums).
New product development and launch plan.
Internal and external communication / co-ordination with Finance, Manufacturing Services, Logistics and Customer & Channel Demand Manager.
Recruit & manage Sales team for the development and improvement of Sales volume
Understanding, updating and maintenance of Dairy products regulations
Identifying the potential customers and appointing Distributors across 5 to 7 districts.
The ongoing training of your sales people.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education

Candidate Requirement
Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
Local knowledge / sales experience in FMCG/Dairy product
2-3 years product / sector relevant sales experience
Excellent organizational and Management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Confident self starter able to work on own or as part of a team.
Use Word processors and spreadsheets.
Fluent in the following Languages, English, & Local Language,
Experience in planning and implementing dairy sales strategies.
Experience in dairy customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service..

Salary:
1.80 Lakh to 2.75 inr
