Rajganga Group is a conglomerate industry based out of Pune. Our industry includes real estate, construction, petrol pumps, education, biorefineries, agriculture and chemical industry, restaurants, transportation, and fitness centres.

We have geographical working areas across Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. Our team size is around 350 people.

Job Summary:

As the CEO of the Rajganga Group, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and effective management of the entire organization. This executive role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in overseeing diverse business units, driving growth, and ensuring overall corporate success. The CEO is tasked with navigating the complexities of a multi-faceted business environment, aligning diverse interests, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The CEO plays a pivotal role in shaping the collective success of diverse businesses under one umbrella. This demanding position requires a dynamic leader capable of navigating complexities and ensuring the conglomerate’s sustained competitiveness in the global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and articulate a clear corporate vision and strategy aligning with the conglomerate’s objectives and long-term goals.

• Lead the executive team in translating the strategic vision into actionable plans for each business unit within the conglomerate.

2. Financial Management:

• Oversee the financial performance of the conglomerate, ensuring fiscal responsibility, profitability, and sustainable growth.

• Evaluate and make strategic investment decisions, considering market trends, risks, and potential returns across different industries.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, partners, and government entities.

• Represent the conglomerate positively, building and enhancing its reputation in the business community.

4. Operational Excellence:

• Implement and optimize operational processes across various business units to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

5. Innovation and Adaptability:

• Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability to ensure the conglomerate remains competitive in rapidly evolving markets.

• Identify emerging trends and technologies that could impact the conglomerate’s business and proactively position the organization for success.

6. Risk Management:

• Assess and manage risks associated with the industry’s diverse portfolio, implementing measures to mitigate potential challenges.

• Develop and implement crisis management plans to address unforeseen events impacting the industry’s operations.

7. Talent Development:

• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.

• Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment, fostering innovation and high-performance teams.

8. Compliance and Corporate Governance:

• Ensure that the conglomerate operates within legal and regulatory frameworks, maintaining the highest corporate governance and ethical conduct standards.

Qualification & Experience:

1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field from one of the Reputed Business Schools.

2. Proven Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Petrol pumps, Education, Biorefineries, Agriculture and Chemical Industry, Restaurants, transportation, and Fitness centres.

3. Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly

5. Leadership skills, including managing time effectively and handling internal and external conflicts.
