. Basic Mission

1. To manage all IT related work, communicating with IT suppliers and software suppliers for up gradation

and problem solving.

2. Main responsibilities

A. IT

· Managing Local Network, Mother Server, Child Server (Back Up), Back Up in External Devices, NAS, Firewall, VPN, Lease Line Internet, Wi-fi connectivity

· Antivirus Software management

· Internal E-mail Management

· External E-mail Management and setting up in mobile phones

· ERP basic trouble shooting

· MUSIC system management

· CCTV camera management

· EPBX management

· Managing whatsapp and e-mail on employee’s mobile

· Identifying PC requirement for new employee and ordering the same to supplier

· Managing rights for users on server for new employee and existing employees

· Managing day to day problems of PC/SMPS/UPS/PRINTERS and others

· Managing passwords for E-mails/servers/ERP/users/Cameras.

· Software installation and removal from PC

· Issuing Simcard/e-mail id/PC or Laptop/Other neccessary information to new employee on joining.

· Assisting IT & Electricity related work

PARTICIPATE

· Participating in making the work system smooth

· To reduce IT related expenses and new systems to be installed

3. Relationships

· Hierarchic:

– Reporting to HR Head

– Co-Ordinate with all internal teams as well as external suppliers of IT products and software

4. Key Performance Factors
