Job description

• Prepare GST, TDS Related Data, And Return Filing
• Making the system entries for each and every bill received and ensuring the payments are made to the suppliers within the stipulated time.
• Making a payment by cheques & bank transfer.
• Maintaining a file of all the bills on a daily basis along with the appropriate Reports.
• Sending those bills entered for Manager’s approval.
• Accounting the Non – Petty cash payments.
• Manage all accounting transactions.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge and experience of GST, TDS.

• The Candidate should have experience working in Tally, MS- Excel, and MS- Word.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
