We are the exporter of fly ash and other minerals. At our factory the packing of fly ash is done. We have around 10-20labours who do the packing of fly ash in small bags.

Job Profile

We are looking for a factory supervisor for our factory located in Chittorgarh (Rajasthan). The main task is to arrange the labours and get the work done. Since we are an export house, quality of work is most important. As an factory supervisor, you have to ensure the quality.

Main tasks:

• You will be the sole manager for this factory, managing all the related tasks.
• Arrange the labours and get the work done from them.
• Get the packing done in proper way as the material is packed for export only. Thus quality is important.
• Container stuffing
• Liaison with trucks- forklift driver
• Pallets cutting
• This is not a 8 am to 5 pm type job

Remarks

• A very basic room is available at site for your accommodation. It is free of cost. You have the facility to cook your own food.
• We prefer the experienced person who are willing to join the company for long term.
