Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as an F & B Captain at Dolphin Hotels Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad. The F & B Captain will oversee the food and beverage operations, Supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain quality standards at the outlets of the hotels.
- Upselling and promote the Food & Beverages anticipating the guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification is Diploma / Bachelors in Hotel Management .
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, especially in renowned star hotels.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Customer-oriented mindset
