Job Responsibilities
- Enquiry generation and Prospecting (Inbound/Outbound calling, Walk-ins, Events, Referals etc.)
- Well versed with New Products, its understanding and updates.
- Event Planning and execution (ATL/BTL Activities), especially in areas of Low MS.
- Ensuring Sales Initiation and proper & complete filling up of enquiry forms (Green Form)
- Ensuring Follow up of all enquiries till closure, Updation and detailing of all lost deals
- Product Demo & Test Drive to all prospecting customers. Ensuring proper upkeep of Test Drive vehicles, Pre and Post Test Drive vehicle feedback filled on daily basis.
- Root Cause Analysis of all Lost cases
- Ensure proper and complete filling up of Yellow form, booking document and commitment form
- Ensure Vehicle condition during unloading of billed vehicles, Pre Delivery Inspection checklist are being filled properly and documented accordingly.
- Ensure proper and timely delivery is processed for customer, in case of unforeseen delays necessary communication is made accordingly.
