Reporting Manager : Production Module Head

Job Description :

Monitors the manufacturing operations of the cell by supervising the cell members and ensuring adherence to cell management practices Allocates manpower and administers work as per the plan to meet the production targets

• Reviews with PPC module for the production plan of the day
• Reviews with other module members and analyses the gaps on the product targets
• Checks production output in the line at defined intervals.
• Conducts cell management meeting to review rejections and take corrective action
• Coordinates and solves line problem that may occur to ensure zero downtime/ machine
• availability Checks and signs tool life monitoring card and Process control chart at the end of shift
• Updates cell management board at the end of shift as per procedure
• Motivates cell members for suggestions/kaizens and implement the same to meet objectives.
• Monitors cell members for personal protective equipments adherence to ensure safety at work
• Monitors and maintains 5’S’/ TPM- Jishu Hozen/ Quality system in manufacturing cell as per guidelines.

Budgeting

Provides inputs for budget preparation to module leader on details related to the cell.

Cost Management

Monitors expenses related to the cell and encourages effective utilization of resources

• Management Reporting

Prepares reports related to the performance of the cell in terms of production targets, OEE, Downtime, and forwards to module leader manufacturing for review.

People Responsibilities

Provides on the job training for cell members to enhance their knowledge and skill

• Monitors and controls cell member activity for shop discipline and time management to achieve
• production targets Counsels cell members on absenteeism, defects and output to meet set targets.

Fixed Salary[CTC and Net In hand : (3.8L- 4.00L)
