Maintenance Head (Requirement preferably from Automobile industry having experience, Minimum 10 year experience of maintaining heavy commercial vehicles, Mechanical B.Tech Engineer)
Mobilization & Mobile Service Van as per their tour plan.
Follow up the routine or Schedule Maintenance and Preventative maintenance of all vehicles.
In case of vehicle breakdown, see to it so that the problem is rectified immediately.
Maintain record of maintenance and repair & cost occurred for the same too.
Compare and analyse the data with the operation standards of the vehicles.
Maintain documentation to all vehicles like history card, kmpl, tyre life, Battery life etc.
Actively prepare preventative maintenance & schedule maintenance in order of allocates the Fleet Coordinator effectively for investigation & maintenance.
Lead & monitor the vendor, coordination with service team/ foreman and manpower daily lasks to ensure smooth, efficient running of all activities.
