Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with product managers and engineers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, concept to launch. Contribute to strategic decisions with the product and executive teams. Design that are incredibly simple, elegant, and enjoyable for users. Work with the design and product team, give and seek feedback in order to continually raise our bar for quality. Collaborate directly with engineers and Product managers at every stage of a Product’s creation Ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process. Up-to-date with the latest Product Designer trends, techniques, and technologies. Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process. Basic Qualification: 2+ years of experience in UX design / interaction design / product design. Solid experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototype and UI/Visual Design and site maps. User-centric approach to design and an understanding of various user research methodologies and how to apply research insights into product development Proficiency with a range of interaction design, visualization, and rapid design prototyping tools Passion for design and strong command of visual design capabilities, including composition, layout information hierarchy, typography and color. Proven experience driving complex design issues across multidisciplinary groups such as Development, Test, Program Management, other designers and research. Developed and documented detailed user experience specifications Designed portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and the delivery of solid end to end scenarios Ability to use humor and energy to keep the momentum going Skills: Ideally familiar with most or all of the following: Conceptual design, user research, wireframing, UI prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation. Experience with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc…) Excellent communication and the ability to convince stakeholders to buy into your Concepts An understanding of business that is equal to your understanding of product owner needs. …
