(i) JOB TITLE: LMS PLATFORM ADMINISTRATOR FOR ONLINE PGDM
Job Responsibilities:Configure and administer technology platforms used to deliver online academic programTroubleshoot technology issues in online delivery of academic programTrain faculty and staff in using ed-tech solutionsAssist faculty in using LMSLiaison with IT department for smooth delivery of programsMonitor and provide 24×7 support for IT related issues pertaining to the programExperience and Competencies:Experience in administering Canvas/Moodle LMSExperience with online academic program managementStrong communication skills (oral/written)Qualifications:Bachelors/Masters degree, preferably in computer science/ computer applications or related disciplines
At least 12 months of relevant work experience
