About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Web Designer to Develop and Maintain fully functional responsive Websites and Web Applications. As a Senior Web Designer, your responsibilities include leading and providing guidance/help to a team of Jr. designers and developers, resolving technical issues. To be a senior member of a web design team, working closely within a project team to turn creative designs into working websites or applications with interactive animation. A key part of a senior web designer’s duties is to do a meeting with clients and team members to discuss the needs of the site or project and to create a plan of what’s required. This involves ideation and strategy as well as a good understanding of the clients’ brand and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create best-in-class development and user experiences.
• Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, wireframe design along with design rationale, both verbally and in the documentation.
• Deliver user experience design for complex digital projects and satisfy quality aspects in a timely manner, minimize rework, and develop reusable components.
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the Website and Application.
• Introduce and learn new technologies and best practices as needed to solve business problems
• Be an expert to research and identify technical solutions

Requirements:

• You’re based in Ahmedabad, or plan to shift here in nearby future.
• You have 4 – 6 Yrs of Strong client-side working experience in latest technologies and frameworks.
• You are highly proficient in building fully functional responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS., jQuery, Javascript.
• Deliver high quality production, animation and design at all times.
• You have experience to work with the latest frameworks like Semantic UI, Ionic, Foundation.
• Writing code for applications that are easy-to-use, scalable, and work smoothly across various browsers and form factors.
• You have a high level of proficiency using Adobe products and all latest tools/softwares of designs (Sketch, Figma, etc)
• You have working experience with Angular, React, eCommerce, CMS would be a plus point.
• You have design skills to understand UI/UX
• You have a Working experience in an Agile/Scrum development process
• You are really good at written and verbal English and able to handle client meetings.
