Role Overview
The Associate Brand Manager will help drive brand strategy, campaign execution, and consumer engagement for Rapido. The role involves collaborating across teams to create innovative marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing brand marketing strategies aligned with Rapido’s business goals.
• Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage online and o line brand presence, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
• Support campaign planning and execution, including digital, social, influencer, and on-ground activations.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and performance marketing teams to launch and promote new initiatives.
• Analyze marketing ROI and campaign impact, sharing actionable insights for future projects.
• Help coordinate brand partnerships and event sponsorships for high-impact engagement.
• Develop creative content and communication for social media, website, and external platforms.
Requirements
• 2-4 years’ experience in brand marketing or related roles; consumer tech/mobility experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for driving brand growth and innovation.
• Expert in MS specifically excel and PowerPoint.
