RealPage India Hiring for Quality Control Associate at Hyderabad, Telangana Full Time

The QA is responsible to perform quality assurance tasks for the entire team in India and share reports with the India and US teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Perform daily audits on the tasks completed by the team.

Prepare root cause analysis and share the feedback with the team on an ongoing basis.

Prepare process documentation on the process related aspects and update this document on an ongoing basis the daily audits and communication received from the US team.

Delivers quality work on time, proactively addressing and resolving emerging challenges

Drive Process improvement initiatives by working closely with the team members.

Escalate recurring quality issues on a timely fashion to the Manager for closure with an action plan.

Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams

Escalate client concerns or issues to the manager

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience

1-2 years of experience in operations or quality assurance

Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work after regular business hours as needed to guarantee deliverables are met

Proficient in oral and written communication

Decision making, time management and organizational skills

Ability to work in US Hour Shift

Ability to hit deadlines

Reliable and dependable

Ability to adapt to change

Problem solving skills
