The Smart Devices team is tasked with designing and building kitchendevicesthatdeliverthebestpossibleuserexperience,whetherinourcloudkitchens or at the consumer’s home. We are a mix of experiencedEngineers, Project/Program managers, Designers and new collegegraduates, with diverse backgrounds ranging from mechatronics,electronics engineering, automation, food science, software engineering,materials science, design engineering and industrial design. TheRole

Hardware development is a complex process, requiring management ofmultiplefunctionstoensureallthe components and subsystems worktogether, the work is done on time and the final product meets cost andmanufacturabilityrequirements.

As a Project Manager, you will manage development and rollout of multipleproductsandplatforms.Youwillberesponsibleforcreatingandmaintainingtheprojectschedule,ensuringtheprojectisontrack,highlighting and driving resolution of technical and non-technical issues,managingtrade-offs,monitoringtheperformanceoffieldtrialsandmanagingtheworkoftheinternalcross-functionalteamandexternalvendors. You should be comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, able towear multiple hats, and like working in a fast-paced and highly collaborativeenvironment.
