Job Description:
Sample responsibilities for this position include:
Implement rigorous supply chain processes that ensure continuous supply of product to established markets and study programs and also support new commercial product introductions and new clinical study programs
Build processes and relationships with Clinical Operations, Study Site teams, and external parties to create an integrated end?to?end clinical supply chain that is effective and adaptive to new challenges such as regulatory/IRB timelines, enrollments and country participation, study design changes, stability data
Build strong tools and processes for clinical supply that is adaptive to study programs moving through the development life cycle
Research subject matter and prepare point papers/speeches/remarks for use by senior DoD officials to internal and external organizations
Manage senior level executive calendar
Manage a fleet of delivery riders within a specific area
Selling Transportation (Aviation/Rails/Logistics)IT solution sets in a geographic territory and surrounding area
Enhances executive’s effectiveness by providing information management support, scheduling and representing the executive to others
Anticipates needs and demands of assigned executive, assists with special projects, and performs other administrative duties
Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
