Job Description:
The Stock Incharge cum Accountant will be responsible for managing the company’s inventory of automobile ancillary parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment. The role also involves managing the company’s accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s inventory of automobile ancillary parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and negotiate favorable pricing.

Ensure proper storage and handling of parts, including maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate accounting and identify potential issues.

Generate stock reports, analyze inventory data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Manage the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments, and reconciling accounts.

Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to support business growth and profitability.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
