RECR Consultant Hiring for Back Office operation at Mumbai Full Time

Providing customer service and support to students, parents, and educators, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on educational programs and services.

Conducting student enrolment, registration and payments through tele operations channels. Providing technical support to students, parents, and educators on the use of digital platforms and educational technology tools.

Managing and updating student records and documentation in the school’s database.

Coordinating and scheduling remote educational services, such as tutoring, counselling and orientation programs.

Assisting educators with the development and delivery of remote teaching and learning materials.

Monitoring and responding to feedback from students, parents, and educators, and using this feedback to improve tele operations services and support.

Ensuring the security and privacy of data and communications through tele operations channels.

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
