About The Role

• Engaging with the prospects who are assigned and ensuring that they have all the communication shared on time every time around candidates, interview processes, invoices etc.
• Managing sales data and ensuring that the same is updated in the required format on time.
• Working with the inside sales team to improve the process and reporting mechanism and ensure that they are highlighted to relevant stakeholders well in advance
• Building good working relationships with customers and identifying ways to upsell/cross-sell
• Demonstrating great sales techniques by developing and continuously optimising emails written for client engagement

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Extremely data-driven and oriented towards learning B2B sales process and its detailing
• Loves to connect and learn about customer behaviour of multiple demographics
• Open for flexible work timings as per the target geographies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to build a career in customer success or sales

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹50,000.00 per month
