1. Manage incoming client questions over text & video calls
2. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4. Handle user issues, deliver solutions and alternatives workarounds to help them achieve their goals & follow up to ensure success
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
7. Take the extra mile to engage customers
