Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate compelling motion graphics for digital ads, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop 2D animations, explainer videos, product demos, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Edit and enhance video content, incorporating visual effects, graphics, and sound.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with innovative visual styles.
• Stay updated on the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Assist in creating storyboards, mood boards, and design mockups for campaigns

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design and animation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other motion design tools. Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and storytelling.
• Experience with sound design and video editing.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion graphics and animation projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?200,000.00 – ?360,000.00 per year
