Summary of Job
Customer experience executive is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. He/she needs to collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and identify areas for improvement, also monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance overall customer experience.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor the orders from Sales Order stage till invoicing.
Liaise with Sourcing team and Operations for on-time purchase and dispatch.
Handle the customer queries and follow ups.
Timely shipping alerts and POD alerts to clients
Make sure the delivery deadlines are met.
Handle all post-delivery issues and resolve the issues.
Maintain the delivery against order records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills/competencies
2-3 + years of Customer service experience in Logistics business.
Preference will be given to candidate who has sourcing /procurement experience in Supply chain field.
Knowledge of export import procedures of logistics business.
Knowledge of logistics terminologies.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, analytical and basic numeric skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or equivalent software packages).
Experience:
3 – 5 years
