REEP INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED Hiring for Design Engineer at Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu Full Time

Requirements:

M.E/M.TECH/B.E/B.TECH in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

3-5 years experience as mechanical design engineer

Experience in vehicle chassis and body design

Knowledge in theoretical calculations would be an advantage

Strong knowledge of CAD modeling, drawings and machine design with experience in simulation

Proficiency with design software like SolidWorks and Inventor

Key responsibilities:

Designs parts, components and assemblies to meet requirements of assigned projects.

Creates CAD models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing and assembly, and support components to assist with assembly.

Supports product sourcing, purchasing and selection as required by the design process.

Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day processing, product development and process improvement.

2. Electrical and electronics:

Requirements:

BE/B.tech in Electronics, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Electronics Engineering
2-3 Years of experience in PCB Layout Engineering
Proficiency in PCB design software like Altium is mandatory
Proficiency in AutoCAD / Solid works is an added advantage

Experience in power electronics and control systems would be an added advantage
Technical expertise in High Speed Digital, Analog and Power Supply designs
Multi layer board design with blind/buried and micro via
Experience in Backplane designs
Familiarity with Signal Integrity concepts and its implementation
Experience in length Matching, delay Matching, constraint setting, cross talk analysis.

Key responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance in developing new PCB designs and updating existing designs
Develop PCB layouts, perform component placements and determine wire routings
Verify existing designs and recommend improvements
Recommend new design concepts and validate the concept feasibility using circuit simulations.
Prepare design documentations, requirements specifications and PCB models
Prepare test specifications and test procedures and develop test fixtures
Perform PCB design testing and analyze test results
Assist in preparation of project schedules, budget and risks

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
