Your Role

• Anesthesia Administration: Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgeries, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Patient Monitoring: Continuously monitor and manage patients vital signs and physiological parameters during and after procedures.
• Preoperative Assessment: Evaluate patients’ medical history and conditions to design tailored anesthesia plans for optimal outcomes.
• Postoperative Care: Provide expert care in managing patients recovery from anesthesia, addressing complications if they arise.
• Collaborative Care: Work closely with surgeons, perfusionists, and nursing staff to ensure seamless coordination and successful surgical outcomes.
• Emergency Management: Respond swiftly to critical situations, managing anesthetic complications and maintaining patient stability.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of anesthetic procedures and adhere to medical safety protocols and hospital policies.

What You Bring

• Education: MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution; fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Cardiac Anesthetist, with a proven track record in managing complex cardiac surgeries.
• Skills: Expertise in administering anesthesia for cardiac procedures, proficiency in using advanced monitoring equipment, and strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
• Patient-Centered Approach: A compassionate attitude towards patients and their families, focusing on providing empathetic and safe care throughout the surgical process.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi.
