Contribute to the effective planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives by providing project management expertise and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Roles & Responsibility

• Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and processes within the Strategy Department.
• Lead the development and implementation of project plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, budget management, and timeline adherence for strategic projects.
• Implement robust project governance, including risk management, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the Chief Strategy Officer and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Establishment and adherence to project management standards, resulting in streamlined processes and increased project success rates.
• Successful development and implementation of project plans for all strategic initiatives, with 100% alignment with organizational goals.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Necessary: Minimum Masters degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. OR Post Graduate Degree in any of the fields related to the development sector.
• Minimum 12-15 years of social sector experience.
• Experience of implementing large scale development projects.
• Thorough knowledge of the social sector and specialist expertise in one or more areas.
• Strong communication and influencing skills
