# Track key performance metrics for warehousing for each warehouse on a periodic basis.

# Ensure SLA#s as defined are reviewed for his warehouse locations and work toward improvement

# Ensure productivity targets at each secondary warehouse consistently meet Business needs.

# Co-ordinate customer complaints in liasoning with the regional business team

# Help in Co-ordination with concern stakeholders for Roll Out/Shifting of any new/existing secondary warehouses.

# Ensure basic safety requirements and ensure implementation. Ensure consistent adherence to HSE policy: level of compliance to be measured via audit process.

# Follow up for consistent adherence to statuary compliances: level of compliance to be measured via audit process.

# Work with the team to ensure Operating benchmarks are achieved.

# Follow up for MIS to ensure the same are being submitted timely and accurately by the warehouses to the concerned stakeholders.

# Ensure periodic physical verification of stocks/assets are carried out.

Education Requirement :

B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering / B. Com + Formal SCM Education

Experience Requirement :

2 to 5 years of relevant experience
