• Identify and prioritize market needs in India for emerging technologies
• Assist our Materials Technology Center with development of enhanced polymer formulations
• Identify early adopter customers to run trials
• Gather metrics from trials to support preparation of business plan, including a scalable manufacturing platform, pricing models, economics, forecasted volumes and capital expenditures
• Support joint go to market initiatives to aggressively grow in identified market segments, tracking performance against target for identified key performance indicators.
• Working with IP team and securing RIL interest

Education Requirement :

• Combination of technical (MTech/PhD higher) and MBA preferred

Experience Requirement :

• Working knowledge in fibre reinforced composites/ Bullet proof materials.

Skills & Competencies :

• Should have sound knowledge in execution and management of the specific field. Should be able to work well with internal and external customers. Should be able to come-up with new idea and product development/ modifications of existing materials for better desirable properties.

Business Development Skills

• Understanding of various markets where such new technologies can be commercialized
• Knowledge of commodity, engineering and high performance plastics segments
• Awareness of various business models that can be deployed to maximize value capture

Communication Skills

• Exceptional communications skills
• Good working knowledge of written and spoken English
• Excellent people skills: ability to work with cross functional teams
