• Supervise Mechanical Maintenance task execution with quality
• Troubleshooting and analysis
• Ensure compliance to standards, procedures and best practices
• Coordinate with CES Mechanical for technical support and inputs
• Conduct analysis when appointed as a member of RCA team
• Participate in reliability studies as team member as per nomination
• Oversee timely required Spares procurement
• Mechanical inventory management to stay within specified norms/ inventory target.
• Manage mechanical maintenance cost and budgeting
• Facilitate Mechanical Contractor management. Attend plant rake up meeting
• Weekly monitoring & control of maintenance KPIs of Mech.
• Support and participate in Audits, Ensure Shutdown duration within Planned.
• Conduct/ review regular performance monitoring and reporting
• Participate in Reliability & Integrity studies as identified
• Turnaround and shutdown coordination and execution
• Facilitate and support minor projects
• Conduct Obsolescence management studies
• Overview & approve plant mechanical Maintenance history/ records
• Supervise and mobilize resources for mechanical shut down jobs
• Validate SAP-PM data entry to maintain its integrity and completeness
• Overview and coordinate with outside agency for completion of job
• Monitor & review MOCs from Mechanical perspective
• Manage execution of CAPEX jobs, Repair & Refurbishment activities
• Interaction with custom & excise department for expediting Mechanical out-going material in case of urgency.Interaction with IMMS group, Mumbai for expediting codification of urgent Mechanical items Reviewing and Maintaining IMS documents for Mechanical Maintenance
• Releasing Material and Service PR of Mech and their follow up.
• Interaction with various support services Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, security for Mech

Education Requirement :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering

Experience Requirement :

• At least 5 years (for Degree)/10 years (for Diploma) of maintenance experience as Engineer-Maintenance Mechanical
