AutoCAD MEP, HVAC design, Electrical load calculations, Plumbing system design, Microsoft Project, Navisworks, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing (MEP),
Desired Educational Qualification: Full Time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Enginering.
Experience should be mandatorily in construction of residential and commercial buildings. Experience
Candidate should have
- ISO 9001 : 2015 certified/ Knowledge. Understanding and creating system and process
- Identifying Root cause and corrective actions. Implement and follow improvements
- Specify test requirements for packages
Necessary
- BE/ B.Tech (or a Diploma in exceptional case)
- 6 to 20 years experience. Preferably worked on major projects with high rise and finishes elements.
Desirable
- NICMAR Post graduates preferred.
- ISO 9001 certified is desirable
- Overseas Experience is desirable
