The Regional Sales Head – will be responsible for driving solar module sales across the region, leading business development efforts, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth in alignment with company goals. This role involves domestic client engagement and end-to-end account management.

Essential Skills –
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably EEE) with a PGDM/MBA in Marketing or related field.
– 12+ years of proven track record in B2B solar module sales and business development.
– Strong exposure to South Indian solar markets and familiarity with government schemes (e.g., CPSU, KUSUM, DISCOMs).
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
– Experience in handling international accounts and export procedures is an added advantage.
– Familiar with CRM tools, MIS reporting, and market research.
