Job Description: 
SINGAPORE

Position: Assembly Technician(Mould)

Visa : S Pass

Salary : 2900$/Month

Working Hours : 12 HRS SHIFT

JOB ROLE :
Set up the assembly machines, operate the machines to meet or exceed daily output target and quality expectation.

Involve machine repairing. Trouble shoot and repair machines problems as and when required.

Perform machine conversion.

Train new operators (OJT).

Understand the production planning schedule and generate output as per specifications.

Help to validate the safety aspects of machines/equipment.

Follow up on SPC data as required by customers.

Conduct in process inspection of product which conforms to customers’ expectations.

Able to understand and carry out basic vision system adjustment.

Assist Supervisors/Engineers to analyze quality concerns.

Candidate Requirement

Minimum 4 – 5 years Experience as ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN in MOULD INDUSTRY
Must be able to do Long Hours duty as a Over Time.
