LANGUAGE: Should be able to communicate in English language
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years as a CDP in Pastry and Bakery in a reputed star class restaurant/Hotel or Resort
SKILLS:
Preparation of bakery products such as Pita Bread, baguette, Whole meal bread, Brown bread, Multigrain, Sourdough, tortilla etc.
Preparation of Pastry products and pastry doughs such as Choux /Puff/Short crust/Sugar/Phyllo etc.
Expertise in the preparation of Dough Nuts, Croissants, Lava cakes, Muffins and different cake varieties.
Preparation of Bun varieties.
Preparation for specific dietary /allergic requirements -gluten/Nut etc.
SCOPE OF POSITION:
Responsible for the overall pastry and bakery preparation for all the outlets and for delivery service.
In charge of training and promotion of sandwiches and salads in the outlets.
Responsible for all the preparation and cleanliness of the Pastry/Bakery Kitchen.
Should action all the specified tasks within the guidelines of the company policies and Standard Operating Procedures and within the guidelines and regulations set by Maldivian Government.
