About the Role
You will be responsible for executing our Software Engineering strategy for our Health Markets. You will work with the team to ensure code is clean and that we are always striving to develop high quality products. You will be part of a team that is focused on continuous improvement to make the best products possible.
Responsibilities
· Interfacing with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
· Working collaboratively with other team members to solve problems
· Following development processes, coding best practices, and performing code reviews
· Operating in an Agile development environment
· Resolving technical issues as necessary
· Keeping abreast of new technology developments
Requirements
· Experience in Agile software development methodology
· Understand CI/CD
· Have knowledge of any combination of the following: Spring, AWS, Hibernate, JUnit/Mockito, Gradle, Jenkins, Liquibase, Redis, Memcached, Lombok, PostgreSQL
· Understand clean code best practices
· Have experience in using relational databases such as PostgreSQL
· Mentor other software engineers and handle coordination with the local team
