Qualification– B.Com

• Handling General Accounting of HO and associates/subsidiaries, keeping

up -to- date bank reconciliation, receivables & payables

• Look after banking operations, visiting Banks from time to time as and when required.

• Preparing MIS as per management guidelines.Liasoning with associates /overseas/subsidiaries.

• GST return filing, GST R-1 3B & GSTR 2A,GSTR-9

• Invoice Generation – Tally / E-way Bill generationVoucher preparation,

• Follow-up for payment and handling cash and bank accountTDS and income tax returns filing TDS deduct ,TDS deposit TDS quarterly return,TDS annual return,TDS certificate

• Data entry and MIS Preparation of General ledger,

• Costing Analysis – Budget Vs. Actual

• Handling Import-Export documentations and processing payment.

• Preparation of import and export documents

• Any other activities as deemed fit and as per requirement of HOD

• letter drafting and follow-up with clients for payment

• Daily petty cash handling,

• Trial as well as draft Balance sheet

• Knowledge of ESI,EPFO
