- Candidate should have a pleasing personality
- Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Helping in organizing games, events, Office lunch
- Managing overall Admin work
- Upload and fill data in internal dashboards
- Wide variety of administrative tasks like preparing reports, compiling documents, organize and maintaining office inventory
Skills required are:
- Candidate should have proven experience as a front desk representative
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. Printer)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
