Production Manager – Chemist – Cosmetics

• Compounding and manufacturing of product as per standard protocol and to deliver the production batch as per the timeline required by company
• Create and develop new and improved products, innovative ideas, Processes, protocols, techniques, and systems to support Deltas goals
• Follow project management/milestone planning techniques to drive multiple concurrent opportunities
• Development of lab scale bartch on assigned technology, concepts, technical, opportunities, materials
• Identify and/or evaluate materials or technologies to assess technical performance
• Use experimental designs, researches, analyse and interprets data to determine feasibility/efficacy of proposed solutions
• Research on new concepts, materials, technical opportunities using standard formats and archiving methods
• Interpreting and communicating practical technical information and project status status
• Conduct product modifications and process improvements
• Supports other R&D functions, PMG, Regulatory implementation, support developing test methodologies
• Comply with BMR/BPR and timely production
• Develop new BPR with QA team and work with QC team to comply the production SOP
• Supports patent or Licensing applications and maintains confidentiality
• Follow and supports current Good Manufacturing Practices and current

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
