Job Description

• Shift Management: Oversee and manage all production shifts in the ReNew manufacturing plant at Dholera, Gujarat, ensuring seamless operations, workforce allocation, and adherence to production schedules.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of HR Shift Officers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they effectively manage their respective shifts and workforce.
• Attendance and Workforce Records: Maintain accurate attendance records for all workers across the three shifts, including permanent and temporary staff, while ensuring punctuality and addressing attendance-related issues.
• Factory Compliance: Assume responsibility for ensuring the plant complies with all relevant labour laws, safety regulations, and quality standards, and maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support compliance efforts.

Reporting and Accountability: Regularly report on shift performance, attendance, and compliance status to senior management, taking accountability for driving improvements and maintaining a compliant and productive manufacturing environment.
