Renous Consulting Hiring for Quality Engineer / Supervisor at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in various processes of production and assembly

Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and of outgoing products

Should clearly understand the specifications and requirements of the products

Inspect and test assembled motor vehicles, components, and parts

Supervise the products as they proceed through stages of assembly process by applying knowledge of quality assurance standards procedures

Review quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications and production schedules

Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records

Directs workers in quality assurance inspection & testing, to assure that establishment regulatory standards are met

Assigns training to new workers

Establish priorities and ensure maximum usage of assigned resources.

Involve in team driven actions to help improvements

Performs other duties as described under the role of a quality supervisor

Job Requirements:
Should be a graduate with a proven experience of 6 – 8 years as Quality Supervisor or similar role

Certification in quality control is preferred

Should have knowledge and experience in supervising the cutting and stitching jobs, preferably in an Automotive or Automobile Industry

Should have strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Should have good communication and interpersonal skills

Should be self-motivated with a results-driven approach
