Job Responsibilities:
Should act as the first and foremost face for the organization
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Manage phone calls – Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Manage the inward and out going courier for the organisation
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Job Requirements:
Graduate with 3 – 5 years experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
Should be friendly with a smiling face and a helping hand
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite – Word, excel, PowerPoint
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Should be multitasking and have time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
