Full Job Description
The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience in staffing and vendor management along with an employee life cycle.Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the warehouse.Manpower planning, complaints handling, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.Administer company policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.Graduate with any background, MBA in HR shall be plus.Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google spreadsheetHandled contract employees and 3rd party vendorsMIS.Travel Management, calendar management, Facilities managementJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLeave encashmentPaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Total experiencesRelevant experienceCurrent / last CTC?Expected CTC?Experience:HR & Admin (Preferred)total work (Preferred)
