We are looking “Finance Manager” for Reputed Client Coimbatore @ Permanent Role.
Experience: 7+ Yrs

Responsibilities

• Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation.
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Help with monthly, quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance (CA is a plus)
• 3+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions
• Thorough knowledge of Accounting Practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Advanced working knowledge in accounting software such as Tally.
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹75,000.00 per month
