Title Accounts Manager- QuickBooks

What you will do:

 End to end Book keeping and accounting journal entries as well as entries related to bank, income & expenses etc.

 Timely closure of books of accounts.

 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).

 Invoicing activity from revenue & cost perspective.

 Cash application of payments received, responding to customer/vendor queries, weekly check run to release payments etc.

 Coordinate with other internal teams on various discrepancies and variances.

 Provide required assistance during year-end audit activity.

 Ad-hoc reporting, team handling, client handling.

 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

What you should have:

 Handled team of at least 5 members for more than a year.

 3+ years experience in QuickBooks.

 Working knowledge of Accounting and Payroll software QuickBooks.

 Excellent written and verbal communication.

 Strong organization skills, flexibility and the ability to set priorities.

 Close attention to detail.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
