Head of Customer Service will run the Indian Customer Service operation and outsourced email from our other Global markets including USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia. Reporting to the MD, India and work closely with the CS Teams around the works. You will be leading 2 Team Leaders covering India and email outsourcing respectively. You will be based on-site at the office in Bangalore and will own the Indian Team’s KPIs on sales, call answer rates, response times as well as productivity and quality from all our email processing
