We are looking for an energetic, proactive Market Intel/Research & Marketing Communications Executive who is keen to build knowledge & a career in Retail-Media Research, to develop market intel on our segmentation & manage our online presence.As Market Intel/Research Executive., you will be responsible for1. Cultivation of leads from existing list of potential clientsa) Communicating with clients to understand and document their business objectivesb) survey customer preferences and data in order to support our clients during their decision-making process regarding store designs & visual merchandising impact.c) develop current client relations and conduct regular client satisfaction audits2. Determine new clients for us, from new set of clientsa) Designing research questionnaires to explore new opportunityb) Implementing the questionnaire & collating information as support for discussion for client service team3. Competition monitoringa) to analyse autonomously qualitative data, trends, and competition aiming at increasing competitiveness.b) Offer external view and market insights to manage direct marketing lists for direct mail, telemarketing and email marketing campaignsc) Works together with the design team to develop innovative solutions from complex interior design / architectural problems, provides actionable recommendationsd) recognise for participation to various conferences & seminarse) Scouting new segmentation and looking to penetrate existing categoryAs a Marketing Communications Executive, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital platforms and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s brand creatively.4. Development of brand awareness and online reputationa) Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)b) Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for website & blog)c) online review building5. Content management (including website) – liaising with content writera) Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertisingb) uploading / monitoring & managing original text / photo & video content, managing posts and responding to followers.6. SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffica) Monitor trends in social mediab) Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.c) building and maintaining client relationships, online and off.7. Deliberate planning, strategy and goal settinga) Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.b) Ensure the following are improved — Insufficient website traffic and/or scant visitors- Weak brand awareness- Low online reputation- Design exploration to Design initiationQualifications and Experience1. Maintains excellent writing and language skills.2. Enjoys a working knowledge of the online ecosystem relevant to the company’s field.3. Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and photo / video format.4. Is proactive in approaching effort investment v/s impact5.
