Job Description:

Accounts:

-Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with stipulated Accounting standards.

-Preparation of Cash Flow & Funds Flow Statement.

-Posting the monthly and yearly provisional entries

-Intercompany Balance Reconciliations.

-Preparation of Inventory reports as required by Management.

Finance:

-Preparation of Financial Reports

-Monthly Submission of MIS Reports to Management and Banks.

-Liaisoning with Bankers for raising source of funds.

Taxation:

-Coordinating with HRD for preparation of employees payroll and Tax Deductions.

-Ensuring experience of statutory compliances and timely preparing and filing of statutory returns such as ESI & EPF and GST & TDS returns.

-Preparation and presentation of information required by Income Tax, GST departments in scrutiny cases.

-Preparation of Income Tax Returns of Directors, and associated firms along with company.

Audit & ROC Matters:

-Weekly audit of invoices and vouchers entered

-Liaising with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors.

-Liaising with Govt. authorities in various departments like Income tax, commercial tax, service tax, vigilance etc.

Required Candidate profile:

– Handling projects like high end residential, high rise apartments and Gated community villas

– Salary CTC – 5,00,000/- To 7,00,000/-

– UG-B.com & PG-MBA/PGDM- Specialization in Accounts/Finance

– Min. 8 to 10 yrs of experience in accounts, finance and auditing, taxation is Mandatory

– Candidates who are willing to join immediately are preferable

– Experience in construction industry aspirants only apply
– Male candidates only preferable.
