Responsibilities:
Monitor all incoming calls from customers for all inquiries on orders for various products.
Analyze all customer issues and assist to resolve all within required timeframe.
Coordinate with customers and ensure appropriate questioning to identify issues.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.

Mandatory Skills
Should have good communication skills ,
attitude to work as customer care taking incoming calls to our call center.
Shift is rotational and is a 24/7 project .
Need people who know secondary languages as below :( Kannada, Tamil,Telugu,Hindi, Malayalam.)
Primary language will be English only
